- Dr. Sidney Okolo
- holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Management and Leadership. He has specialization in General Business, Adult Education, and Mechanized Agriculture. He is a founder and managing director of International Business Associates, Inc., a business and management consulting firm. Dr. Okolo is also founder of Virtual Classrooms Institute, an online training and development institute. The vision is to create an understanding among people while they learn, through valuing diversity, teamwork, trust, respect and result.
